Lakeside Post Acute provides wonderful care for their residents. The staff is both attentive and kind and there is an atmosphere of warmth and community. The administration is available and always willing to listen to any concerns or feedback. I would highly recommend this facility!

The rehabilitation team is outstanding and works hard to help residents regain their strength and independence. The Director of Nursing and the Administrator are always available, approachable, and genuinely invested in the well-being of every resident. I also love the variety of activities offered, including fun shopping trips that allow residents to stay engaged and connected to the community. What truly sets Lakeside Post Acute apart is the family atmosphere. Everyone is treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. I had a disappointing experience with the leadership at Lakeside Post Acute. Communication from the Executive Director Daniel P was inconsistent and concerns were not addressed in a timely manner. I brought specific issues and I did not receive clear follow-up or resolution. As a family member, I expected more transparency and accountability. I hope the administration improves responsiveness and prioritizes clearer communication with residents and families.

Five stars isn’t enough! The staff at Lakeside are incredible. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth are unmatched. So grateful for the incredible care they provide.

During the time my uncle was at Lakeside Post I was always at peace knowing that he was very well respected and cared for. They provided excellent medical/wound care and overall living experience. My dad recently had to have a rehab stay and I felt Lakeside would be a great place for rehab. He is getting great PT and overall care. If there have been any issues the staff is attentive and they strive toward excellence. They listen with attentiveness and compassion. I feel they place the needs of their residents in high regard. This includes the receptionist, medical staff, dining staff, transportation staff, pt and ot staff and business manager and social worker. it takes a village and they have a pretty awesome one at LPA:)
